Kachip collects and processes the following categories of data:

• Account information: Name, email address, organization name, and role
• Transaction inputs: IP asset details, entity information, valuation parameters, DEMPE analysis data, assumptions, and scenario configurations
• Analytics: Usage patterns, feature engagement, and workflow completion metrics
• Technical data: Browser type, device information, and session identifiers

Cloud Processing

All data is processed securely in cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Kachip uses secure hosting environments with appropriate access controls and monitoring.

Data Retention

Data is retained for the duration of your service agreement plus any applicable regulatory retention periods. Transaction data and audit trails are maintained to support compliance and documentation requirements.

Data Export

Users may request a complete export of their data in structured format (JSON). Export requests can be submitted through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their personal data and transaction records, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. Deletion requests are processed within 30 business days.
