Intellectual Property

Kachip retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, including its software, methodologies, interfaces, and documentation. Users retain ownership of data they input into the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Kachip's liability is limited to subscription fees paid during the twelve months preceding any claim. Kachip is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the platform.

Service Changes

Kachip reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the platform with reasonable notice to users.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, users may request export of their data within 60 days.
